A former All-Conference Running Back, Lux a.k.a. Luxembourgh a.k.a John Hammersmith has been in the fantasy football game since the good ol’ days of mail-in drafts and dial-up internet. He has nearly 20 Fantasy Football championship titles under his belt, including wins in several high-stakes leagues.

It doesn’t take long after meeting Lux to realize he eats, sleeps and breathes football. That’s why it’s no surprise that friends. family, neighbors — and even randos — tap Lux to inform their fantasy strategies, poke holes in their picks and fortify their dynasties.

Instead of keeping it all in his head, heart and among friends, Lux decided to share his treasure trove of fantasy intelligence and endless perspectives online to create community and spark conversation. It also serves as a beautiful release for an armchair GM.

Even with a degree in economics and a passion for math, Lux is no spreadsheet warrior. Instead, Lux brings a mix of in-game experience, deep statistical knowledge and coaching credentials to round out his analysis — combining grit, art and science to shape his fantasy football expertise.

When he’s not assessing the game, he’s likely coaching future pros across pee-wee flag and tackle football. Lux believes the lessons he’s learned from playing and coaching the sport are applicable in real life.
